Kids Cook Real Food Ecourse Class 2: Dull Knife Slicing

This week we learned how to use dull knives to slice bananas and cantaloupe.
First we watched a really good video about Safe Knife Skills.
This video was helpful even though we weren't using really sharp knives because it's so good to build the foundation of good knife skills with any kind of knife. 

There are different ways to hold the food while cutting and my son did a very good job.

We made fruit pizza! 

It was yummy!
