Shrade absolutely loves it when I say it's time to "cook." He eagerly washes his hands and steps up on the ladder. We read through the ingredients and identified each type of food that we dumped in the bowl. He is also very good about cleaning up by helping put dishes in the sink.
Ingredients:
*12 oz Cool Whip
*20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
*1 cup sour cream
*2 cups marshmallows
*small package pistachio instant pudding
Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle some marshmallows on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Great no baking recipe to do with kids!

Yay! That looks like a fun one to make, though I don't think I'd enjoy eating it...haven't had it since childhood. :)
